What we collect

When you submit the eligibility form we collect your name, phone number, email (if provided), age band, condition and any notes you give us. If you go on to instruct us we collect the further information needed to complete the AA1 form.

How we use it

We use your details to contact you about your enquiry, to assess eligibility, and — if you instruct us — to prepare and submit your AA1 form to the DWP. We do not sell your data to third parties.

Who we share it with

Our CRM provider (GoHighLevel), our hosting provider (Cloudflare), and the DWP (only the form itself). All processors are GDPR-compliant.

Your rights

You can ask to see the data we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it at any time. Email [email protected].
