1. About us

ClaimAA is an independent form-filling service. We are not part of the DWP, Age UK, Citizens Advice or any government body. Our service is to help you complete the Attendance Allowance (AA1) form. We do not give legal or financial advice.

2. Our fee

We charge a fee only if your claim is successful, agreed with you in writing before we submit the form. No win, no fee.

3. Your responsibilities

You agree that the information you give us is true and accurate to the best of your knowledge. Knowingly providing false information to the DWP is a criminal offence.

4. Liability

We use reasonable care and skill but cannot guarantee any particular outcome — the decision is made by the DWP. Our liability is limited to the fees you have paid us.
